Emma - start to now I would like to thank Ross for helping me achieve my goals.
My energy and fitness levels have raised and my dress size has shrunk.
It was hard work, but definitely worth it. Thank you.

Robbie before and after I have been training with Ross for four months in order to gain confidence for my holiday. Along with the nutrition plan provided, the exercise has been hard but defiantly worthwhile. With Ross my goals were achievable and the results were instant with increased energy and better sleep patterns. I feel i can now go on holiday feeling good in myself and confident I will continue to train after.

01/09/2008 | The Day We Raced the World! What an achievement so proud we did it so well! Sadly Ross took a knock at football and couldn't make the race :( so it left Gareth and I to take on the world. We started slow as it was hard to get past sooo many people but when it cleared out we picked up pace and made up some time. We stuck together and finished the race with a great sprint. What a great day so chuffed we did it! Our time was 00:55:43, pace was 5:35/km, London's average time was 57'44'' brilliant we were just better than that :D, thanks Ross for your help training for this! Hopefully we will do another sometime soon. James and Gareth Race the world!

29/08/2008 | Been a while, training has been continuing and with the Nike Human Race just 3 days away I thought I had better do an update! We have stepped training up, doing a minimum 5k the last few weeks. Early tomorrow will be our final run before the day and we are to up this to 7k leaving the final 3k to race day. I feel more confident than ever that we will do the run comfortably, were not going to break any records but we will post our times with some pictures here next week. Thanks to Ross as without his training skills I wouldn't be half as fit as I find my self now.

31/07/2008 | Weekly runs are now going well and i can already see that Ross's advice is helping me along. I now feel like I'm able to push myself a little further. Gym CV training twice per week is now 1 hour of 15mins on Row/treadmill/step and cross trainer, legs feel stronger and our 5k runs are getting lots easier.

09/07/2008 | After talking Ross into training together for the 10k Human Race, he has got me to train with him by running through parts of Epping Forest, so far it has been hard work but I feel Ross has given me a good diet and fitness regime to be able to do it. As the clock is ticking this is a great drive for me to get fit and healthy so watch this space!
